Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain the rules for using CPR-Texas.com and for requesting, booking, purchasing, or participating in services offered by Ready Set Save CPR LLC.

Effective Date: September 16, 2026 Katy & Greater Houston Area Ready Set Save CPR LLC

01

About Ready Set Save CPR LLC

CPR-Texas.com is operated by Ready Set Save CPR LLC (“Ready Set Save CPR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide CPR, First Aid, AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), safety education, group training, and related educational services.

Ready Set Save CPR is a mobile and community-based training business serving Katy, Texas, the greater Houston area, and other locations where services may be offered. Training may occur at client locations, designated training sites, community facilities, conference rooms, clubhouses, training centers, or other appropriate locations, depending on the service and availability.

02

Services, Availability, and Scheduling

Course offerings, delivery formats, prices, schedules, instructor availability, group-training options, training locations, and course requirements may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information current, but availability is not guaranteed until a booking or group session has been confirmed.

Ready Set Save CPR reserves the right to modify, reschedule, decline, or cancel a class or service when reasonably necessary, including due to weather, facility restrictions, instructor illness, safety concerns, equipment issues, enrollment, operational needs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customer-first scheduling: We make every reasonable effort to hold classes as scheduled and respect the time students set aside to attend. In rare circumstances, we may offer a different class time or date when enrollment or operational needs require consolidation. When practical, we will provide advance notice and reasonable options consistent with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
03

Instructors, Training Sites, and Referrals

Ready Set Save CPR may provide services through César Bejarano and a collective of qualified instructors, training sites, training centers, and service partners. This allows us to better support larger groups, specialty-course needs, scheduling requirements, and clients across the service area.

When appropriate, we may coordinate with, assign, introduce, or refer a client to another qualified instructor, training site, training center, or service provider—particularly when that option is closer to the client, better suited to the requested course, more appropriate for a larger group, or offers a more practical training schedule.

If a referral involves a separate provider or business, that provider may have its own pricing, scheduling, cancellation, privacy, course, and service terms. We will communicate relevant information when practical. Ready Set Save CPR is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, services, or decisions of third-party providers.

04

American Heart Association Courses and Completion Cards

Some services may be delivered using curriculum, materials, course requirements, and completion standards established by third-party training organizations, including the American Heart Association (“AHA”), when applicable.

For applicable AHA courses, participants who successfully complete all required course components and meet all applicable course requirements may receive an AHA course completion card. Registering, attending, paying for, or beginning a course does not by itself guarantee a course completion card.

Participants are responsible for reviewing and meeting applicable prerequisites, online-course requirements, attendance requirements, skills testing, written testing, identification, and other course requirements. Employer, licensing, school, insurer, or regulatory acceptance may vary. You are responsible for confirming the exact course and credential requirements that apply to you or your organization before booking.

Ready Set Save CPR also offers non-certification education and community safety-training options. These offerings do not include an AHA course completion card unless we specifically state otherwise in writing for that particular service.

05

Registration, Group Requests, and Payment

When you register for a class, submit an inquiry, request group training, schedule a service, or make a payment, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

A group-training inquiry, online form submission, or preliminary quote does not create a confirmed booking, contract, instructor commitment, or guarantee of availability. A group session is confirmed only after Ready Set Save CPR provides written confirmation and any applicable deposit, payment, participant-count, location, scheduling, and course requirements have been satisfied.

Prices, promotions, schedules, deposits, group quotes, and availability are subject to change unless confirmed in writing. You agree to pay all amounts due for services you book, purchase, or authorize.

06

Cancellations, Refunds, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Ready Set Save CPR aims to handle cancellations, rescheduling, credits, and refund requests fairly and with reasonable flexibility. Our current policy is available at CPR-Texas.com/cancellation-refund-policy .

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the timing of the request, course requirements, booking method, attendance, participant conduct, and costs already incurred. A no-call/no-show booking is not eligible for a refund.

In rare circumstances, we may reschedule or consolidate a class and will provide reasonable options consistent with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

07

Participant and Host Responsibilities

Participants must follow reasonable instructor directions, contribute to a safe and respectful learning environment, and avoid disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.

Participants are responsible for arriving on time, reviewing prerequisites, completing required online coursework, bringing required documentation, and informing us in advance of accommodation needs whenever reasonably possible.

Organizations hosting onsite training are responsible for providing a safe, clean, reasonably accessible, and appropriate training environment, including adequate space, seating or floor space when needed, reasonable climate control, facility access, and relevant site-safety information.

Ready Set Save CPR may remove a participant from a class or decline service when conduct creates a safety risk, materially disrupts instruction, violates these Terms, or prevents safe course completion. Any refund, credit, or rescheduling decision in those circumstances will be handled under the applicable booking policy or written agreement.

08

Educational Information; Not Medical Advice

Website content and training materials are provided for general educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency medical direction, legal advice, employment advice, or a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not delay obtaining emergency care because of information provided on this website or in a training course.

Training does not guarantee a particular emergency outcome. Actual emergency response depends on circumstances, the person providing aid, available equipment, the condition of the person needing help, and many other factors outside the control of Ready Set Save CPR.
