Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. This policy explains how Ready Set Save CPR handles cancellations, rescheduling, credits, refunds, late arrivals, no-shows, and rare class changes.

Effective Date: September 16, 2026 Ready Set Save CPR LLC Katy & Greater Houston Area
01 / FLEXIBLE Contact us early.

We aim to handle legitimate changes fairly and in good faith.

02 / PRACTICAL Reschedule when possible.

When circumstances allow, we will work to find a practical next step.

03 / CLEAR No-call/no-show is the hard line.

Do not disappear on class day. Let us know before the class begins.

01

Policy Scope and Agreement

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to classes, bookings, registrations, group training, private training, deposits, payments, promotional offers, and related services offered directly by Ready Set Save CPR LLC (“Ready Set Save CPR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), unless a different written agreement, invoice, booking confirmation, or third-party provider policy expressly applies.

By booking, purchasing, registering for, or participating in a service, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions. This Policy is intended to be fair and customer-friendly, but it does not create an unlimited or automatic right to a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled class.

02

How to Request a Cancellation, Refund, Credit, or Reschedule

If you need to cancel, reschedule, request account credit, or request a refund, contact Ready Set Save CPR as soon as possible and, whenever practical, before your scheduled class or service begins.

A request is not considered received until we receive it through a reasonable business communication channel, such as a phone call, voicemail, email, or WhatsApp message when WhatsApp has been used for your service communication. You are responsible for providing enough information for us to identify your booking, including your name, scheduled class or service, date, and preferred resolution.

Our customer-first approach: We understand that unexpected circumstances can interfere with attendance. When a customer contacts us before a scheduled class or service, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a reschedule, account credit, refund, or another practical solution based on the circumstances, course requirements, timing, available capacity, and costs already incurred.

Each request is reviewed individually. We may ask for reasonable clarification when necessary to understand the request, confirm the booking, prevent fraud, or determine whether course materials, online access, third-party fees, travel, instructor time, or other nonrecoverable costs have already been incurred.

03

Individual Class Cancellations Before the Class Begins

If you contact us before the scheduled class begins, Ready Set Save CPR will generally handle your request with reasonable flexibility and good faith. Based on the situation, we may offer one or more of the following:

  • A transfer to another available class date or time.
  • An account credit toward an eligible future service.
  • A refund to the original payment method, when appropriate.
  • Another solution that is reasonable under the circumstances.

Same-day requests are not automatically denied. If something unexpected happens and you notify us before the class begins, we may provide a reschedule, credit, or refund at our discretion. However, the closer a request is made to the scheduled start time, the more likely that instructor time, reserved capacity, course materials, online access, facility arrangements, or other costs may already have been committed.

Refunds, credits, transfers, and rescheduling are not guaranteed and may be limited or declined when a customer repeatedly cancels, repeatedly reschedules, provides materially inaccurate information, misuses the booking process, or otherwise acts in bad faith.

04

Late Arrival, Missed Course Components, and Incomplete Courses

Please arrive on time and allow sufficient time to locate the training site, complete check-in, and participate fully. A late arrival may prevent a participant from completing required instruction, skills practice, testing, online verification, or other course requirements.

Late arrivals are handled case by case. We may allow participation when it is safe and appropriate, offer a rescheduled session or account credit, or require the participant to attend a later class or complete additional requirements. A late arrival does not create a right to a refund, course completion card, certification, or immediate placement in another class.

If a participant does not meet course requirements, does not complete required online work, does not pass an applicable assessment, leaves early, does not bring required documentation, or otherwise cannot complete the course, no refund is automatically due. Any opportunity to repeat, remediate, complete, reschedule, receive a credit, or receive a partial refund is offered solely at our discretion and may be subject to availability or additional cost.

05

No-Call/No-Show Policy

No-call/no-show bookings are not eligible for a refund. A no-call/no-show occurs when a participant does not attend the scheduled class or service and does not contact Ready Set Save CPR before the scheduled start time through a reasonable communication channel.

A no-call/no-show may result in forfeiture of the paid amount, reserved seat, instructor time, course materials, online access, or other resources assigned to the booking. A no-call/no-show is not automatically entitled to an account credit, transfer, make-up opportunity, or rescheduled class.

We may, but are not required to, offer a future reschedule or other courtesy option when a customer contacts us after a missed class and the circumstances support an exception. Any exception is discretionary, does not establish a precedent, and does not waive this Policy for future bookings.

06

After Attendance, Service Delivery, or Use of Materials

Refunds are generally not available after a participant has attended or begun a class, received instructional services, started a private or group training session, accessed or completed assigned online coursework, received course materials, received an AHA eLearning assignment or key, received a course completion card, or otherwise received the primary benefit of the purchased service.

This rule helps prevent a participant from attending, using instructional time or materials, receiving course-related value, and then seeking a refund after services have been delivered. Nothing in this section prevents Ready Set Save CPR from making a goodwill exception when we determine that one is appropriate.

Where a course requires third-party materials, online access, provider fees, eLearning assignments, digital keys, books, cards, shipping, travel, or other nonrecoverable costs, those costs may be nonrefundable once purchased, assigned, accessed, delivered, used, or incurred—even if another portion of a payment is otherwise eligible for consideration.

07

Class Changes Made by Ready Set Save CPR

We make every reasonable effort to hold classes as scheduled and respect the time our students set aside to attend. In rare circumstances, Ready Set Save CPR may need to reschedule, relocate, consolidate, modify, or cancel a class due to enrollment, instructor availability, weather, facility restrictions, safety concerns, equipment issues, illness, travel conditions, or other operational needs.

When practical, we will provide advance notice and work in good faith to offer a suitable alternative date, time, instructor, training site, account credit, or refund. A reasonable alternative may include a different instructor, training location, delivery format, or class date within the service area.

If we cancel a class and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the customer may choose a reschedule, credit, or refund of amounts paid directly to Ready Set Save CPR for the affected service. We are not responsible for incidental expenses or losses, including transportation, lost wages, childcare, meals, lodging, missed work, third-party fees, or other consequential costs.

08

Group Training, Private Classes, Deposits, and Headcount Changes

A group-training request or preliminary quote is not a confirmed booking. Group training is confirmed only when Ready Set Save CPR provides written confirmation and any applicable deposit, payment, service agreement, participant count, course selection, location, schedule, and other requirements have been agreed upon.

Group training may involve instructor travel, reserved time, facility coordination, staffing, course materials, eLearning assignments, equipment, participant preparation, and other costs. Therefore, cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, credits, deposits, and changes to group size are evaluated based on the written quote, invoice, agreement, notice given, costs incurred, and the specific circumstances.

A change in participant count, course type, date, hours, location, travel needs, language needs, facility requirements, or training scope may result in a revised quote, a change in availability, additional charges, reduced services, a new date, or a revised agreement.

Group organizers are responsible for communicating accurate participant counts, requirements, site conditions, and decision-making authority. A group organizer may not assume that a deposit, quote, reservation, or course material can be transferred to another event, organization, person, location, course, or provider unless Ready Set Save CPR agrees in writing.

09

Referrals, Collective Instructors, and Third-Party Services

Ready Set Save CPR may work with a collective of qualified instructors, training sites, training centers, and service partners. When appropriate, we may coordinate with, assign, introduce, or refer a customer to another qualified provider—for example, when a provider is closer to the customer, better suited to the requested course, available for a larger group, or able to provide a more practical schedule.

If your service is booked, paid for, or delivered by an independent instructor, training center, payment processor, course provider, or other third party, that provider’s own cancellation, refund, privacy, payment, and service policies may apply. Ready Set Save CPR is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, fees, decisions, omissions, or services of third parties.

10

Refund Method, Timing, and Payment Disputes

When Ready Set Save CPR approves a refund, it will generally be returned to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing or the original method is unavailable. Processing times may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, platform, or other third party and may take several business days after we initiate the refund.

Before filing a bank dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or complaint about a charge, please contact us first at info@CPR-Texas.com or (713) 377-1854. We want the opportunity to review the issue, confirm the facts, and work toward a fair solution.

We may respond to payment disputes by providing relevant records, including booking records, messages, invoices, attendance records, delivery records, course access logs, signed acknowledgments, refund communications, and this Policy. Fraudulent, false, duplicate, or bad-faith payment disputes may result in denial of future services and may be referred to the appropriate payment provider, collection process, or legal authority where appropriate.

11

Exceptions, Non-Waiver, and Policy Changes

Ready Set Save CPR may make exceptions to this Policy in our sole discretion when circumstances warrant. A goodwill exception, courtesy reschedule, credit, refund, or waiver for one customer or one booking does not create a right, obligation, precedent, or waiver for any other booking or future request.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. The policy in effect at the time of booking generally applies, unless a later policy is more favorable
